The NE30 bucket elevator is a single row chain style, with a lifting capacity of 30 cubic meters per hour, a hopper width of 300mm, a volume of about 7L, and a hopper spacing of 304.8mm.
The drawing size of the hopper of the NE30 bucket elevator can be used as a reference. Board thickness 3mm, mounting hole, 60*120mm.
NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a new product developed by introducing advanced technology from abroad. The main technical parameters meet the standards of the Ministry of Machinery (JB3926-85). It adopts self-flowing loading and gravity unloading. The chain is high-quality alloy steel high-strength leaf chain, which is wear-resistant and reliable. The driving part adopts hard tooth surface reducer. There are 11 models of NE series plate chain bucket elevators: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800.
Among them, NE15 and NE30 are single-row chain styles, and NE50 and above models are double-row chain styles.

Q1: How do I select the right conveyor model? What information should I provide?

Q2: What is the difference between screw conveyors and chain conveyors? Which one should I choose?
> Both types have different applications:
> – Screw Conveyors: Best for powdery and small-grain materials (e.g., fly ash, cement powder). Good sealing performance, simple structure, low maintenance cost.
> – Chain Scraper Conveyors: Best for bulky, highly abrasive materials (e.g., bottom ash, municipal solid waste, biomass fragments). Supports multiple inlet and outlet points.
> – Bucket Elevators: Ideal for vertical or steep-incline material lifting.
