BOOTEC Completes Full Delivery of Custom Stainless Steel Chain Conveyor for European Industrial Client

BOOTEC, a professional manufacturer of bulk material conveying machinery, has officially finished production, inspection, packaging and full shipment of a customized stainless steel chain conveyor set for our long-term partner based in Europe. The whole equipment package has been loaded into sea containers and is en route to the client’s production facility as scheduled.
This stainless steel chain conveyor was fully customized according to the client’s on-site working conditions. We adopted premium 304 stainless steel as the main structural material, which delivers outstanding anti-corrosion, rust-proof and high-temperature resistance performance, perfectly matching the client’s strict hygiene and long-term continuous operation requirements. The chain drive structure we designed features stable running, low noise, easy daily disassembly and maintenance, greatly cutting the client’s later operational downtime and upkeep costs.
During the whole project cycle, our technical and engineering teams maintained close communication with the European buyer. We adjusted structural dimensions, transmission speed and discharge layouts repeatedly to align with their existing production line layout and material handling parameters. Strict factory performance testing, load running trials and third-party quality checks were implemented before packaging to guarantee compliance with EU mechanical safety specifications.

For export packaging, we applied moisture-proof wrapping, shock-absorbing padding and reinforced wooden crates to protect stainless steel surfaces and precision transmission parts from long-sea transit vibration and humidity damage, following international heavy machinery export packing norms. Complete export documentation, operation manuals with multilingual versions and spare parts kits were attached in the shipment for smooth on-site installation.
This project adds one more successful European delivery case to BOOTEC’s global portfolio.
