BOOTEC Completes Shipment of Custom Ash Silo System for Singapore Waste-to-Energy Client
Durable ash storage silo engineered to meet Singapore’s strict environmental and industrial construction standards

BOOTEC, a trusted supplier of bulk solid storage and conveying equipment, has fully completed manufacturing, factory testing, reinforced export packaging and container loading for a customized ash silo project bound for a Singapore waste-to-energy facility. The entire silo assembly is now shipped and on its way to the customer’s job site as scheduled.
This ash silo is specially designed for the safe, sealed storage of bottom ash generated during waste incineration. The main silo body adopts thickened carbon steel with anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating, adapted to Singapore’s high-humidity coastal climate to prevent rust and material leakage. Our engineering team optimized the silo’s feeding, discharging and dust sealing structure to control flying ash, fully complying with Singapore’s rigorous environmental emission regulations.
Throughout the whole order cycle, our technical team maintained seamless communication with the Singapore buyer. We adjusted silo capacity, foundation connection dimensions and matching discharge outlet layouts to perfectly fit their existing bottom ash conveying line, which pairs with our thermal screw conveyor and chain conveyor systems. Strict load tests, leak-tightness inspections and dimensional verification were carried out before packaging to ensure stable long-term operation under continuous working conditions.

For ocean transportation, the ash silo components were packed with moisture-proof film, shock cushioning and heavy-duty steel skids following FMW export packaging specifications. Complete multilingual operation manuals, installation drawings, wear spare parts and full set of export customs documents were enclosed in the shipment to support fast on-site assembly.
