BOOTEC, a professional manufacturer of bulk material conveying equipment, has accomplished the full workflow including production, strict factory performance testing, reinforced export packaging and container loading for a customized screw conveyor project destined for a Thailand customer. The whole equipment package has been loaded onto sea containers and is now en route to the client’s production plant as planned.
This conveyor screw unit was customized in accordance with the client’s on-site material characteristics and layout requirements. Considering Thailand’s hot, humid tropical climate, we optimized the surface anti-corrosion treatment and selected robust structural steel to resist moisture erosion and premature rusting. The spiral blade adopts thickened wear-resistant plate, which ensures stable continuous transport of granular and powdery materials with low running noise and minimal material blockage. The sealed housing design also effectively reduces dust spillage, meeting local environmental protection requirements.
Our engineering and sales teams maintained consistent technical communication throughout the project cycle. We fine-tuned conveying capacity, rotation speed, inlet and outlet positions to perfectly connect with the customer’s existing production line. Before packing, the screw conveyor went through no-load and full-load running tests, dimensional inspection and welding quality verification to guarantee stable long-term operation.

For long sea transportation, all screw conveyor segments were coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in moisture-proof membrane and fixed on solid steel skids to avoid deformation and collision damage during transit. Complete multilingual operation manuals, installation drawings, wearing spare parts and full sets of export certification documents were attached in the shipment to facilitate quick on-site assembly and commissioning.
