All equipment was manufactured, inspected and dispatched from Shanghai to Singapore in several consignments, covering both the ash-handling system (AHS) and lime-handling system (LHS) scopes of the project.
The delivered equipment includes WHB scraper conveyors, BHF and ESP screw conveyors, lime silos and sand silos with vibration cones and buffer hoppers, dosing and transfer screw conveyors, rotary valves, three-way valves and discharge chutes — each item custom-designed for the high-temperature and continuous-duty conditions of waste-to-energy and sludge incineration processes. Strict quality control and moisture-proof, shock-proof export packaging ensured every consignment arrived at the job site intact and ready for installation.
