DT Series Bucket Elevator
1. DT series bucket elevator is a continuous conveying mechanical equipment for vertically conveying powdery, small granular and small dry materials.
2. This series of equipment has simple structure, stable and reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance, high lifting height and good sealing performance.
3. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, mining, building materials and other industries.

Working Principle

The driving device drives the pulley to make the belt with plastic buckets do circular movement from head to tail. There is feeding inlet at tail and discharging outlet at head. These materials are fed from the bottom and discharged from the top.
The bucket filled with material goes to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. The empty bucket goes back to the tail section and filled with material at the inlet again, then lifted up to head section and do parabolic discharge movement for discharging. The cycle realizes the vertical transportation of materials.

Features

1. The driving power is small, and the intensive arrangement of inflow feeding, induction unloading and large-capacity hoppers is adopted. When the material is lifted, there is almost no phenomenon of material return and digging, so there is less reactive power.
2. The lifting range is wide. This type of hoist has less requirements on the types and characteristics of materials. It can not only lift general powdery and small granular materials, but also can lift materials with high abrasiveness. Good sealing, less environmental pollution.
3. Good operation reliability, advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the trouble-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. High lifting height; the hoist runs smoothly, so high lifting heights can be achieved.
4. Long service life, the feeding of the hoist adopts the inflow type, no need to use buckets to dig materials, and there is little extrusion and collision between materials.
