The BHF Ash Rotary Valve is a standardized professional discharge valve widely adopted in thermal power boiler ash handling fields. Different from general rotary valves, it features a reinforced heavy-duty housing, thickened wear-resistant rotor vanes and precision sealing clearance, specially customized for boiler fly ash, bottom ash and high-temperature flue dust. The multi-pocket rotor structure realizes volumetric quantitative feeding, achieving continuous and uniform material discharge without surge flow or material blockage.
With excellent pressure isolation performance, the BHF rotary valve stably isolates the negative-pressure dust collecting system and positive-pressure conveying pipeline, eliminating pressure loss and dust back suction that affect boiler dust removal efficiency.
