400*400 Double Layers Electric Flap Valve is a dedicated square-type airlock discharge equipment optimized for fly ash, dry powder and fine granular material discharging. Different from single-layer flap valves, the double-layer dual-flap design adopts a staggered opening and closing working principle: one flap opens for material discharging while the other remains tightly closed, always maintaining internal and external pressure isolation. This completely solves the common defect of air leakage caused by single-door switching in negative pressure ash handling systems.
With a standard 400*400 square caliber, the valve perfectly matches conventional ash silo outlets, dust collector hoppers and pneumatic conveying interfaces. Equipped with a high-precision electric actuator, it realizes automatic, timed and quantitative ash discharge with stable operation and high control accuracy.
