FAQ

Q1: What wear options do you offer for ESP kiln dust?

A: Two mainstream solutions: hardfacing overlay on screw flight, or bolt-on replaceable wear liner inside the trough. We recommend the solution based on dust abrasion and running hours.

Q2: Can this conveyor handle both coarse and fine ESP dust?

A: Yes. We adjust the flight thickness and wear protection grade according to whether it is 1st stage coarse dust or 2nd stage fine dust.

Q3: Is wear protection standard or optional?

A: Basic thick flight is standard. Hardfacing and wear liner are optional upgrades for high-abrasion working conditions.

Q4: Can we witness FAT inspection at your factory?

A: Yes. Witness FAT is available. Full test records, photos and videos will be supplied.

Q5: What information do you need for quotation?

A: Dust flow rate, dust temperature, bulk density, abrasion characteristic, conveying length, hopper flange dimension and operating hours per day.

    > You can also email us or contact us via WhatsApp. Our engineers will get back to you within 24 hours.

Q2: What is the difference between screw conveyors and chain conveyors? Which one should I choose?

    > Both types have different applications:

    > – Screw Conveyors: Best for powdery and small-grain materials (e.g., fly ash, cement powder). Good sealing performance, simple structure, low maintenance cost.

    > – Chain Scraper Conveyors: Best for bulky, highly abrasive materials (e.g., bottom ash, municipal solid waste, biomass fragments). Supports multiple inlet and outlet points.

    > – Bucket Elevators: Ideal for vertical or steep-incline material lifting.

    > If you are not sure, tell us your material and working conditions, and our engineers will help you choose.

Q3: Can your equipment handle high-temperature materials? What is the maximum temperature?

    > We can customize equipment according to material temperature:
