Our heavy‑duty Conveyor for Slag Processing Plants includes drag chain conveyor, trough chain conveyor, buried scraper conveyor and water‑sealed scraper conveyor, specially engineered for transporting hot, quenched, highly‑abrasive slag and mineral residues in slag‑processing facilities.

Within the enclosed trough housing, heavy‑duty submerged scraper chains continuously carry coarse slag particles, sharp lumps and quenched slag materials. For high‑temperature hot‑slag discharge, the optional water‑sealed scraper conveyor performs quenching cooling and gas‑tight isolation simultaneously, preventing harmful gas leakage while transporting hot slag.

Critical contact surfaces adopt chromium carbide overlay liners to withstand severe abrasion and particle impact from slag. The equipment supports horizontal or inclined layout together with multi‑point feeding and multi‑point discharging, matching complex crushing, screening and stock‑out workflows of slag‑processing lines. Conveyor housings can be pre‑equipped with reserved mounting flanges for rupture discs or explosion flaps to satisfy plant explosion‑protection requirements.
